The 24 hour rate includes accommodation in an en suite bedroom including tea and coffee making facilities, full English breakfast, morning coffee, served 3 course lunch, afternoon tea and served 3 course dinner.

VAT

All the above charges include service, but exclude VAT. Conferences who are VAT exempt will be asked to complete a VAT exemption form. Even those who are exempt should be aware that:

 - certain items and services, including banquets and alcohol, are always subject to VAT

 -  the charges for attendees who are not also delegates, for example speakers, exhibitors or accompanying persons, are also subject to VAT.

Currently the hire charge for meeting rooms is zero-rated for VAT.
