Booking with St Catherine's
When booking an event with us, we will ask you to sign a contract agreeing to adhere to certain formal terms and conditions. It is usual for a deposit payment to be requested upon contract signing and, for residential bookings, a further deposit payment to be requested around 3 months before arrival. Our contracts are set up based upon minimum numbers/provision from which events then grow – to ensure that not only do we have a firm base from which to develop the details of the event but also to ensure that organisers have some room to manoeuvre before submitting final numbers to us).
