When booking an event with us, we will ask you to sign a contract agreeing to adhere to certain formal terms and conditions. We have two separate sets of full terms, each tailored to a specific type of customer:

It is usual for a deposit payment to be requested upon contract signing. Our contracts are based upon minimum numbers/provision from which events then grow – this is to ensure that not only do we have a firm base from which to develop the details of the event but also to ensure that organisers have some room to manoeuvre before submitting final numbers to us.
