The Mary Sunley Suite is a wonderful purpose-built and self-contained facility located near to both the college Lodge and Dining Hall. It is a flexible, medium-sized suite of rooms suitable for a range of activities (from residential conferences and day meetings to training courses and lectures with drinks receptions). It has inclusive, optional breakout spaces included as part of the room hire cost. The Mary Sunley Suite is available throughout the year.

General
Offered as the main meeting space within the Mary Sunley suite of rooms, the Mary Sunley Theatre is a large, flexible and mostly flat room with two wide steps at the back (at ground-floor level) to add a slight tier. Access ramps are available to make the entire space fully accessible as required. The Theatre has flexible furniture, lending itself to a wide variety of layouts, plus built-in AV equipment. It also has a large window at the rear of the room allowing natural light in.

Offered as part of the group of rooms forming the Mary Sunley Suite, the Seminar Room is a flexible room leading off the main Foyer. The room has various potential furniture layouts and a window at one end allowing natural light in.
The Seminar Room can be used for refreshments service and/or breakout or poster sessions throughout the day and AV can be hired in as required (at extra cost). Small buffet lunches and drinks receptions can also be held in this space.
